본 연구개발 과제에서는 염색 산업에서 필수적으로 사용되는 세제의 양을 획기적으로 절감하는 새로운 세정기술을 개발하였다.

사업의 목적 및 중요성

본 기술을 적용 시 정련, 세정 및 환원세정에서 사용되는 화학약품을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 세정 시 사용되는 물의 양 및 배출수의 폐수 부하량을 감소시켜 공정시간 단축 및 원가절감에 크게 기여할 수 있다.

ㅇ 1차년도 : 전해이온수 제조장치 2톤/일 및 10톤/일 - 실험실 및 파일롯 설비 제작
ㅇ 2차년도 : 전해이온수 제조장치 50톤/일 - 현장적용 실험

사업 결과

ㅇ 전해이온수 발생장치를 생산공정에 실제적용 실험을 성공적으로 완료하여 사업화 실현
ㅇ 특허등록 : 국내특허 제 040614호

기대 효과

ㅇ 환경개선 효과
오염 절감면에서 사용되는 계면활성제의 양을 최종적으로 약 50% 정도 줄임으로 발생되는 폐수 부하량을 줄일 수 있다.
ㅇ 경제적 기대 효과
염색 산업의 원가절감, 공정시간 단축 및 폐수처리 부하량을 획기적으로 감소하여 경제성 효과가 크게 나타났다.
